I just went out and bought 2 10" audiobahn AW102T 450RMS each, now when it comes to an amp or amps, I wanted to get some input from you guys, on what to go with, either a 2ch amp or a mono amp,or 2 x mono amps or 2 x 2ch amps and bridge them, also which way I should wire(bridge or parallel, 1 or 2 ch) stuff like that.

Any ideas and suggestions would be great.

What is the coil configuration on your subs?
If they are dual 4ohm, I would get a single class D monoblock, that does around 1000 rms @ 1ohm. May I suggest a VR1000D.

 

they are SVC 4ohm, can I wire them parallel to any 2ohm stable amp? and you think 1000RMS is good eh, thanx

 

OK get an amp that will do 800-1000 rms @ 2ohm.
Is this going to be used in compititions?

 

No no just for personal use, what would you recommend for an amp, I was thinking maybe audiobahn, or usamps, what do you think?

 

Anything that fits your budget. If you are not competing it wouldn't even hert to under power them a little. If you can get something like a 600rms amp of a great price, I don't see what it would hert.

 

Just pick up the Audiobahn mono block, it will work in any confrigation...
