Ya they were cool at first when i was paying them but now that the amp is back there for warrenty cause they didnt fix it right the first time. They are taking there time and trying to get out of covering it under warrenty... trying everything they can to make it my fault so I gotta pay. The only reason I sent it back so soon is cause they said they would cover it and split the shipping. I cant afford another 700 for it to come back and blow up again. The first time it came back i hooked it up and as soon as i started to move the gain it smoked......Then when I had the repair guy on the phone after he says its been checked out he asks me if it is a sixteen or eighteen volt amp DUDE ITS F**KING 12 volt and he is a repair man lol HOW DID THEY TEST IT THE FIRST TIME ? Makes me wonder about some things!! I know they are probably busy so i have been patient but its getting a little absurd

 

If they just look after me like they said they would i will take it all back and probably do buisness with them again... But as of now Im not impressed at all...
