Hey all, just wondering what tools are required to check the output of an amp.

I have a Thunder 240 powering a Kicker CompVR 07CVR82. Its RMS is 200wat/400wat peak and my amp is rated 100wats x2 @ 2ohm. I think I can run the sub with the amp maxed but I dont want to risk blowing another.
