Another midbass post
Like danyman, I also want to add some midbass to my caravan. My plan is to use the space between the 2 front seat or under the console and put 2 CDT ES-06+. Now will those ruin my staging bc they are in the center?

Nah, i don't want to spend to much time on this vehicle so a square box in the middle was easy, but moding the doors it's another story... I guess that i should enjoy what i have for now.
Even if i LPF them @ 300 the imaging will be affected?

it will sound odd lol
not sure man i prefer keeping everything stereo and staying away from the mono. except for subs of course
i also dont want to do huge mod to my van but hey. you gotta do what you gotta do to get what you want lol when ill do my pods it will be easy to bring it back stock when i decide to get rid of it. epoxy the pocket back to the panel and im done. no mods done and no harm done... except for the dynamat invested lol

At 300hz, you will hear a little separation, but below 250hz, not so much. What are your midrange going to be set to?
In my next build, I'm going to be using a Helix 700 watt amp to my midbass in mono to bring the lower end more prominence to my front stage while still having my subs in the rear.
