Of course my own car because I don't have any friends to invest as much money in gear as me and I wouldn't put the time into entry level gear. I like Mark's 4 runner, Gary's sounds a little flatter in my opinion.

Best sounding car overall that I built was my Toyota Truck, it had 2 MTX 2300x amps, one for the MB Quart Hybred speakers in the kicks and the other for the 4 MTX hybred 10" sub (AP), I used a Alpine 1203/5959 combo for HU and a RF EPX2 for EQ........................

Besting imaging and staging car was the Cop Car....................the car was huge so it was easy to get the stage out onto the hood and well past the side glass...................Eclipse 510 CD player...............Morel MD29 tweeter and Eton 5 1/4" in the kicks that were sunk right into the outer wheel wells.............the whole lower dash was cut off and rebuilt.................2 EV 18" AP on the rear deck.....................3 Xtant 2200i amps, one for the tweets, one for the mids and one for the subs........................TDM 3-way electronic XO and a Yamaha YDG-2030 Digital EQ...............................spectrally it didn't sound as good as the toyota but the sub placement in the cop car allowed the bass to placed deep in the dash..............

That was all after the CA&E article when all the Image Dynamics horns and stuff where in it............that stuff sucked..............

But of course cuz the OLD SKOOL IS TOO COOL My Avenger had gear that is all considered old skool now and I plan to use a lot of it again in my next 'big' install.

Best sounding Car I have been in is a Friends 2001 Lincoln LS with its factory alpine 9 speaker system.

Its not loud, but it sounds the best in my opinion.

Non factory i actually have heard and contributed to the install other than my own vehicle would be an ex's brothers mazda 626 from about 8 years ago, ran a pioneer pull out cd player / boston 3.5" in the dash and boston 5'1/4" in the rear (mounted on the top of the strut towers as it was a hatchback) and a 10" Orion XTR DVC in a 4th order Bandpass box (Factory Orion). All the speakers ran off the deck and the sub off a RF Punch 40.

Best demo Vehicle for clarity would be the RF van, and i liked it before they switched the paint to the dragster theme.

Best demo vehicle for Loudness would have to be the ol Dr Crankenstein 84-85 dodge caravan with 16 15" woofers. Another old school classic.

The worst sounding car had to been my old Lincoln Continential Signature Series, the air ride and abs was all mounted to the back seat on top of the sound proofing.. I upgraded the factory rear deck speakers to JVC 6x9's and they had more bass in the cab of the car then the pair of 12" JL W0's in a sealed box in the trunk did.
