Incidentally - any of you guys agreeing with my position are all wrong by association and merely 'my cronies' as I was told once.
Incidentally, I am not an AUDIO engineer - never pretended to be. All I mentioned is that I took university level physics during my engineering as a means of qualifying my being able to understand the language being used in the text. I used to have to deal a lot with sound and still have to deal a lot with the properties of fluids.
In fact I never even got nasty about it until I repeatedly asked "Erwin" to actually explain what he was cop.., um, typing so everyone could keep up. I guess that was insulting and makes me THE DEBIL so I started getting slagged
Oh and Dodge - that would be the LEAD lemming, ok? ok. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I just made a special trip to London Drugs (about the LAST store to actually carry CA&E anymore) to pick up a copy [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img] The article is certainly amusing and rather scathing to Dukk. And D. Lee makes very specific references that, even without naming names, could get him in trouble.
The guy is weak, very weak to stand behind the fact he has an article in magazine to say the things he said. Basically Dukk challenged 'Erwin' to BACK UP what he was blatantly copying an pasting. Of course, there is no mention about that in Lee's article.

I know this lawyer guy who's good with defamation (sp?) of character cases and the such [img]graemlins/deal4u.gif[/img] Since it's printed matter and the potential suffering and agony you should be suffering in the industry due to the article, going after him may be an interesting adventure for your financial future
