Capacitor size... does it matter?

Capacitor size... does it matter?

Just wondering if size in capacitor mean something. I ask because I just received a new 3 farad cap about the same size of my 1 farad cap..

The bigger the better. More importantly, a capacitor should always have a Volt meter on it and ........ and blinking lights

how/why are you useing one ?
SQ/SPL

i have one in my set-up ,if i was going to do it in my next set-up i will remove mine yes i have a 10f cap/powergrid

The Size of a cap can affect its TRUE rating, however different internal components can be used to change its porperties. a 3farad the size of a 1 farad may be alittle fishy but, read up on it before passing judgement.
