In car DVD, why? Give me some reasons please.
yah kids, pure and simple, the kids that are playin on the roads while u are driving and watching your dvd. get what im saying??
but really tho, the reason i have dvd in the car is b/c its so boring just to be lookin at the road when u are driving drunk, so i watch movies instead.

there's nothing wrong with having a screen installed out of the drivers view.
and i found that movies ate up the 12 hour days WAY faster than music does. i imagine video games would be awesome too. as the driver i found LISTENING to the movies was better than just music, though a little mix was definately necassary. i think it really comes down to whether you want one or not, there are plenty reasons to justify buying one, and just as many to not buy one

I dont know bout tha X-Box, but the ps2 and dreamcast and game cube all run on Direct Current (around 12 volts[and I can only a$$-u-me that X-Box is the same, bassicaly being a P.C., which also runs on D.C.) and like only draws maybe 2 ampers (most likely even less) and rely on a transformer to drop the input voltage from 110 A.C. back down to a low voltage low current D.C.
I have a friend who left his 5" screen and dreamcast on for over 12 hours and didn't have a problem starting his 95 civic with stock battery and charging system, so current draw??? I wouldn't be concerned
