Choosing new 2x 12 subs
Hey everyone,
I’m somewhat new to the car audio world. I’ve had a sound system installed by my local car toys but my car got broken into so I have virtually restart.
I now have an Autotek MMA 2000.2 Amp. I looked at the 2x fuses on the amp and they have 20’s on them.
1st question: What is the actual power rating of my amp?
2nd question: I really want 2 12’s again. Can I have a recommendation?
3rd question: Should I bridge? If so, which wiring diagram should I follow? (see attachment)
Thanks in advance!

its original rating was two 20amp fuses
RMS Power @ 4 ohms 125 watts x 2 channels
RMS Power @ 2 ohms 250 watts x 2 channels
Bridged RMS Power 500 watts x 1 channels
Your contiunous power rating is 500 watts rms @4ohm
find two subs around 250-300rms each
subs must equal final load of 4ohms together to reach maximum output BRIDGED in this specific amp
