do you have amps aswell ? if yes i would say it is your amps

 

With this model it was indeed a factory defect. Push for a replacement or surgery to mod the unit to solve the problem.

 

Yeah, thanks, it has been replaced, but I keep getting factory defect decks. It's annoying wasting my time getting new decks put in just to find out it has the exact same problem as the first one. I wish they would just send one that doesn't have the defect. i.e. test it out first before sending it.
