Few questions..

I've got a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix SE.

I wanted to know what you guys think about this head unit:

http://www.pioneerelectronics.ca/pna/product/detail/0,,32171715_32249679_301762035,00.html

And any costs besides the head unit itself I will need to know about(adapters and such)... This is my first car so im new to this.

the wiring harness is like 19 bucks at walmart, the adapter kit is 19 as well i believe, and not sure if the gm's need a anternna adapter or not which i believe can run anther 15 bux max. so maby another 50-60 bux with tax bucks unless you want to do the old guess and test method on the harness behind the factory deck. save a bit by buying a 9v battery and testing all the leads to see which speaker is which and where it is, and a voltmeter to test which is which for power from the battery and the ground and the ignition wires.... blah blah blah... and the way i just suggested is not very much fun lol.

I would say away from Pioneer, they have this tiny fuse inside that blows if the ground is weak and then you have a major nosie problem untill you send the unit in for repair. This is what I seen, not first hand but on another audio site and the thread was 3 pages long and nobody disagree.
