Aluminum is all cut with no loss of any limbs. For some reason the 3" rings were a P.I.T.A. I had to make 4 of them. The end result is good but not as clean as I'd like. FOZZZY any input on why? The circle isn't all the clean. I didn't do anything different from the 1's and 6.5's.
The 1" ring outer edge was cut with the router and inner circle with a circle bit. All the other rings were cut with the router.
Heading the tub then off to the drill press for some tapping.
Btw the propane heater can be purchased at Home Depot in the tool rental section....by far the best investment. 20 minutes and it's comfortable.
