Coming along nicely. Those adhesive pads though that you are zap-strapping your wiring too probably won't hold up worth beans once you get your carpet back in there and such and then get driving it again. Just my experience.

^ yeah but he will have pics that he did use them and that's all a judge will care about.

Top plate is alright but you'll still want to add protection to those battery terminals. The install goons out here like to use a ball point pen - if you can touch the terminal at all you get zero on battery protection.

You can apoxy your sticky tabs down to make sure they don't move. I dont use them any more, but when I did, that how I did it. They wont come off unless you pry them.

Nice connectors. I wonder who you got those from???????????????????????
Let me know when you need a hand. We could build most of your sub cabinet in a day.

How does your Sunday look? Car should be back together by Friday night!

You of course - the connectors kick *** - such a wonderful idea. Makes the install quick! The amp rack is going to host them too!

Cheers

I used them on my amp rack as well. I called it my wiring HUB. Worked perfectly. Easy install every time.

Hows about a couple of cylindrical pieces attached to the bottom of your top plate?

Diameter just big enough to go over the top of the batt terminals, and depth only a half inch or so, again just enough to cover the exposed top portion of the terminals. Plexi tubing is fairly easy to find I think. You could just buy a foot of it and have tons left over if your depth changes (to make new ones).

Cheers
