alright well i sent my kicker kx400.1 amp back to them to find out whats wrong with it. I bought it at a pawnshop for cheap and it didnt work. I got a 30 day warantee, anyways i got like 9 days left he said he would look at it within 48 hrs anyways i told him my story told him i need to know what the **** is wrong with it and if its worth fixin or takin back to the pawnshop... and my warrantee is about to run out...

now if he doesnt have it done by tomorrow i gotta tell him to ship the ****en thing back and i might as well get what i can from the pawnshop, ****er put exchange only on recipet so i'll go in make a deal on a tv then bring the amp in and get my moneys worth... I dont wanna go into the pawnshop and tell him the deal right now cause he wont remember me and he will **** my on price so if i go in like 29 days later chances are good i can get a deal on a tv, then whoop down 20/30 bucks and the amp and walk out with a decent tv...

ANYways has anyone else delt with dem sem and if so what where your experiences

Gemsen is the new Distrib. for Kicker and probably aren't up to speed yet with the kicker repairs.

 

Yes, they have an excellent service department.

 

I had to get a couple of my 10W1's sent back to them. They had cracked surrounds. I had purchased them at A&B Sound. A&B Sound said they wouldn't take them out of the box to send them back because they didn't want to be held responsible in case something went wrong. Funny thing is they loaded the box! Anyway, they sent it all back and Gem Sen said to take the subs out of the box next time. Heh. It took a while to get them back but they replaced them and the world was good again.
