Well i spoke to
Dave today and he is gunna ship me a new amp
so i shipped him my amp back today should be there thrusday...
now i'm paying all the shippin charges etc
from the first time and the shippin back now.
he is gunna send me a new amp...
Now does anyone want to buy my kicker kx 400.1? cause i just bought a Alpine mrd m500
and i can have it shipped right to you from gem sen?
im open to offers

You know what pal, you are a real piece of work. You come on here bitching and complaining about Gemsen, freaking out on everybody that responds to you, talking trash about the company and now you have the ***** to put the BRAND NEW amp up for sale you ****ed Gemsen out of? I can't believe you! Someone goes out of their way to help you, where they REALLY didn't have to and you've got the ***** to turn around and make a quick buck on the amp? As far as I am concerned, Gemsen should turn around and say **** YOU! WTF man?
Dave, if your reading this, I would reconsider your choice. No disrespect man, but this slug isn't worth the privialage of a favor.

I just bought a Alpine Mrd M500 amp out of the bargin finder for 370 cash... and im even considering getting rid of my rockford now cause I got a Alpine CDA-7893 Deck Alpine 3way 6x9's sps6939 and now the Alpine MRD m500 its a nice amp it works fine too so i'm thinkin of going all alpine so i might have a 15" rockford dvc 4ohm
Dave at Gem-Sen has been great. I have no complaints with him. my amp will be on his desk thrusday mornin i paid another 24 bucks to ship it to him... and he has told me he is gunna send me another and to clear everything up.
now i have a kicker kx 400.1 i want to sell cause i have no use for it 250 its yours...

Guys please make note i might have over reacted by saying these ****ing guys... i had not talked to them to see what they where gunna do about this when i posted here because of the long weekend they could not react until today. the weekend is over and dave has been of great help to me so far.
I was venting my anger on this site and i never knew someone from Gem-Sen would be reading these Forums.

Oh look at you, MR Nice guy since you got what you want.
And as far as spending money on the amp...you spent alot of money on shipping and 0 on the actuall amp itself.
I am still of the belief that your getting a huge favor you don't deserve.
I can't name 1 other person who bought an amp at a pawn shop and gets a distributer to replace it cus it didn't work.
I have no respect for people like you.

cause i can go back to the pawnshop and grab a tv i was gunna do that today but i had already shipped the amp...
this dude in the bargin finder was supposed to get back to me on the weekend cause i talked to him prior. well he called back today i told him i didnt need a amp anymore but what was the lowest he would take well he made me a offer i couldnt refuse... so that explains why i have the alpine amp now..
and because the rest of my system is alpine i'm gunna stick with alpine...
anyways it has been settled... i will test the amp when i get it back, and if someoen is intrested in buying it that is between and and someone else.
Gem-Sen will send me a new amp so end of discussion
they will keep thier service record whether you like me or not i dont care.
I can build my stereo system anyway i want, its a free country
