the part i find humourous about the future shop is how people to percieve them as a big store so they must do a stand up job
then to stand back and talk to customers that have been severly jerked around by them
i was in tim hortons today customer approches me and tells me how they did a bang up job of puttint his deck in factory jbl sub dosn't work anymore and they put a hole in his air ride line

just makes me laugh

I did not say you were on a budget I said I overheard a conversation. But i'm glad to see things are working for you now too bad they would not take care of you as a customer. I agree that is Wrong.
Pinhead was that a ford by chance, Maybe an explorer, that the factory Jbl sub was not working????

its too bad that a few jack asses make a bad name. anyways, 1 wire isnt bad for powerwire aslong as its a proper guage and you use a distro block. i've never really heard of running two power wires for 2 amps, are you running two fuses at the battery aswell.

Yeah, where I live its the same thing. Future Shop and Best Buy ussually hire a lot of (not all) young guys with very little experience. Many times the installs are subpar. Sometimes they just want to get things done and rush the job. I mean , extending RCA's with speaker wire? Come on, I know it works but they should have used some end connectors and a 3 or 6 foot RCA to make it longer , better yet run a new one. Would have been faster too. Oh well.
