Best suggestion yet:P, just gotta save up $400. HID's are regulated and draw less current than regular bulbs.

Im guessing that DUKK is right and they are just getting brighter with more voltage, thanks for the help guys.

^ yea, using a voltage regulator would be a good idea... probably the best yet if thats all you are after...

But FYI caps would stabalize V drop at idle.. untill they drain anyway...
