The big 3 upgrade should be done on even your system without the booming bass, but that's just me. At least consider the batt/chassis ground.

It may be more power than you really want, but I have a Tsunami db1800t class T amp for sale in the B/S.. A few hundred extra watts won't hurt your setup, and it's below your budget.

If it were a choice between all the amps mentioned, I'd pick the Power Acoustik last. It may appear cheap, but that's probably because it is. That 1800 watt rating is max. It may do more like 1kW RMS.....key word is may.

Well I'd rather give this amp for free to someone whom a little bit more appreciative.
Don't whine. The 1200D is far more efficient. I should know as I've used both.
And I'm definitely not the one you want to argue knowledge regarding "oldschool" amps to but if you want to try your luck go right ahead.
I didn't say that PPI amp was a bad peice (although cooling was a sore spot for it) but if you'd like to go reread my statement to be sure, go ahead, I'll wait.............................................. ................................Ok did you read it again? You'll notice what I said was basically "it is not the correct amplifier for his application". This is because that amp is not going to be a good match with a factory Sentra electrical system and upgrades don't look to be in the near future as he stated he is "tight on funds".

You forgot to include the $60 comment - what's that suppose to mean?

Well your post reads "How about this old school amplfier... PPI
along with a 2awg kit for a discounted price of $60.00." which sounds an awful lot like you're offering a PPI amp AND a 2g kit for $60.

I was offering you $60 and letting you keep the 2g kit which I though was rather generous of me.

That is how I read it as well. I think we all knew about how it was supposed to read though.
