Well, I ended up deciding to keep my deck and ordering the IMPRINT unit for it which will give me better tuning options as well as 4V pre-out and also the software and MIC so I can tune myself and then picked up the PDX-1.1000 amp with the SWX-1243D Sub and the PDX-4.100 amp with the SPX-17REF speakers can't wait for it to come in.

Now have to order the PAC SWI-JACK, find a good local place for 0/1 cable for power/ground, power/ground distribution blocks, sound deadner and misc install things and then next week while the wife is away for work I get to spend the week installing stuff in the car...NICE!
