How much Difference ?

How much Difference do after market components really make in the sound quality in your car ?

Would it be a big change or just a minor change ?

Changing from Stock Bose to Infinity Components ( Amplified+2 Sets ) ? Sound Difference ?

Infiniti can be made to sound good, I think you'll find more detail and that's about it.

Are you looking for warm sounding speakers or bright (but not ear piercing) and detail ones? I've tried Focal K2P, KF, Energy 6.5s, and a couple of infinities. Personally, I like the infinity kappas over any of them.

The Focals sounded incredibly upfront, and muddy in the mid range (google about them), same with the Energy speakers but at a lesser degree. The infinities have incredible sound stage, and doesn't sound like anybody's shouting right beside your ears. Punchy mid bass, but not enough volume at the lower end...which is why I go 3 way with them

I want a clean sound that's pretty much it , right now at volume 20 the bass is good but the speakers are giving this distorted sound especially on high frequencies which are really unpleasant to the ears.

Yup , their Bose. Sounds really sh** for BMW speakers. There's also problems with the size which will fit them and Infinity's components are the only one which i actually took and checked if they fit and they did. I will be amplifying them by a 4 channel Alpine amp giving each 75 RMS which is recommended by Infinity. Now i don't know if 75 RMS is per speaker or per component set ?

I completely disagree, K2P's are one of the best speakers out there. People who have muddy midrange on them, must be dumbasses, and dont know how to tune the system at all. Also, install is key.

I do agree with you I've seen some people with Focal installed in their cars and the sound is amazing. But their pretty pricey so i wouldn't want to go with them.
