I can't choose between these two decks :(

I'm no huge car audio nut, and basically I'm buying a deck for a few reasons

1. I am hooking up my sub and amp so I want control
2. SQ
3. Ability to play MP3s

I am running my stock speakers and it will most likely stay that way until I eventually get a navigation unit. Then I'll go all out.

So, for someone like me, what is the better deck?

Alpine CDE-9852

http://www.alpine-usa.com/en/products/product.php?model=CDE-9852
or
Alpine CDA-9856

http://www.alpine-usa.com/en/products/product.php?model=CDA-9856

IF anyone feels like adding an explanation of why one is the better choice please let me know. The price difference is around 50 bucks.

the 9856 has more features for external connections, ai net for ch changers etc.
Nothing you'd notice with stock speakers. why waste 50 bucks?
Better check the load rating on your stock speakers.

always get an Alpine unit with a cd"a" , or dv"a" designation if you're planning to add or upgrade later. The "a" is for ai-net, which is their bus system fro adding additional processors, eq, x overs, etc...and it can all be controlled from the deck, not to mention if you add a processor, you only have to run one ainet cable to the rear instead of three rca cables, and the signal is very clean and noise free with little fuss in routing cables.

Again, I don't really plan on adding speakers until I get a navi unit

So the 9852 is the best choice?

Also, the 9852 is only 45x4 channels so it would probably be safer for my stock speakers right?

Jeez man I don't need anything like that!!

I'd hate to buy a deck and only use 10% of the features
