Guys, it works fine. I have no more problem thanks to my friends advices... do not diss my homie Fabe [img]graemlins/2xblown.gif[/img] . And for crack... it doesnt reach Baie-Comeau [img]graemlins/banghead.gif[/img] .oh yes the telephone wire is a control for my amp volume (since they are in the box), bought this thing in the states (they have so much gadgets there...) I don't think i've ever seen any install more ghetto than this one. We all make mistakes, but this is just too much. Do yourself a favor and get a professional install. Also, don't the wires coming out of the ports pretty much take away any advantage that a ported box would have? You definately need bigger wires. The wires are going to get hot and melt, probably where you have them running through the car, and short out the amp when the bare metal wire comes in contact with a metal piece of the car. And I thought student loans were for school??? You obviously know little about installing car audio. You also don't need 2 batteries for pyramid 1,200 watt [img]graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] crap amps I agree ^^^^^^^^ TURN DOWN THE SUCK!! [img]graemlins/jack.gif[/img]

The wires out of the port arent *that* big of a problem, and he will probably not notice any difference, I know I sure wouldent in a daily driver.

But yeah, just like very other person has said, your friend is a moron. Why would you diss some MTX subs with Pyramid amps. I mean if it was AudioBahn I can understand the Pyramid amps, but it isnt??

You are receiving a lot of criticism. Hopefully you aren't getting bummed out, but the posts are intended for your best interests. We would like to help you out as you get started in car audio. A good start would be changing your gear. Quality is better than quality. While it is cool that you have 4 MTX 15" the fact that you are running them off of a pyramid is not cool. Sell 2 of the 15" and the Pyramid amps and with that money get a quality amp (stick with MTX, you're onto a good brand) Although MTX will not claim near the wattage of your Pyramids, they will ACTUALLY putout more power. And feeding 2 15"s good power will sound better than feeding 4 15"s crap power.

yeah maltese is right. the only thing your do with those pyramid amps running those subs other than having it sound like hot sick *** is kill your subs. sub dont like dirty power and pyramid is about as dirty as the penny hooker that hangs out on hobnob lane. he is right man find a sucker, dump the pyramids and get some real decent power, look in the for sale forum for a good deal, i think yulis got some killer stuff last time i looked. dont get discouraged at all tho we all start with the not so greatest gear and move up from there, my first deck was a jvc shaft stylez man that thing was pimpin haha dual color illumination AND a single preout weee. anyways your off toa good start with the subs, now its time for a good amp.
