oneEye in canada companys like sony canada
jvc canada kenwood canada alpine canada clarion canada
do sell this product to the people i am refering about
its not something i've heard its a fact i know
i don't want to argue the subject
its a fact and i am just trying to inform people of what goes on
im just using it as an example in reference to the unauthorized internet sales thread
as in i feel it undermines the industry

i will ship any piece away for a customer if thats what he wants
even if it wasnt purchase from me or even a product we carry
i tell him he can ship it and give him the address
or offer to ship it for him with shipping paid up front
i look at it as giving customer service
its the company or distributor that warrantys the factory warranty not the store

The sales rep at Visions should have done an online search for the nearest authorized dealer (if he didn't already know of one ....ie F.S.).

My experience is that in Canada it is hard to get brand name car audio and sell it on the net. In the USA manufacturers are way more relaxed about it. I know Rockford Fosgate cannot be sold on the internet in Canada, but in the US it can be. I don't know of any scummy canadian sites that are doing what you are complaining about. There are lots in the US but the US is a different market.
