a pc supply will cut it.. you need put a full load on the 5v line.. the current on the 12v line is proportional to the current on the 5v line. You can run multiple in parallel.. i'm running 8 in parallel to get 160 amps [img]smile.gif[/img]

i dont know jack about computer parts, and i have never played with the power supply from one.
are you saying you can use a couple power supplies from a computer to run a set of subs? and it wont clip?
lets say i am running a PLD-1 and about 150 wrms x 2 out of a Rodek...
as mentioned above i am thinking of using a pyramid regulated supply. 25 amps i believe. i use it to test audio at work. under $150 i get it for i think.
but i can get power supplies for nothing i think. my dad has a mcintosh graveyard somewhere.
