i was told from some guy that i should get either the kenwood KAC-X10D or the Eclipse XA5000. he was saying that the second one would be better since i can use it for my front components too.

with the slim pioneers i would go with the Eclipse XA5000 for sure and for $350 i don't think you can get a better deal

 

so there isn't a amp out there that would be better then the XA5000? i don't mind getting two seperate amps if i need too. the xa5000 is 50 watts rms below the power that i need, is this ok?? i heard of some people saying that they damaged there subs from under powering them.

i just came back from pickin up my boxes, and he was telling me that i should just get a 2 channel amp, told me that a 4 channel amp will take too much power for nothing. is this true????

 

just one more thing, the guy who made the custom boxes put on some carpet, that doesn't really match that good. what should i use to make it darker??? Some dye or spraypaint? i'm guessing i'll need a flat black, anyone do this before??? the colour of the carpet that he put on is kinda like a dark grey with white spots in it.

I told you that amp would do just fine...... they are now discontinued and I can't get any more either, too bad, it was my favorite amp.
