You also have to insure it's not a factory amplified system or the LOC will not work properly. The high level is to high for the LOC. If that's the case the REQ or the other ones that were mentioned by Sasha and dannyman should work. If you get the REQ-5 it will give you an aux in as well as generating trigger for your amp and it also prevents the roll off of bass from your factory deck.
