Well, I hit a section of highway with black ice and the car started floating. There was nothing I could do about it. My car did a 180 right into the oncoming traffic. I was actually going slow enough for two cars to pull over and stop (Sport utilities with goodwinter tires). It was the third idiot driving way too fast and not paying attention that hit me. "I must not be too much different since I was backwards in the opposing lane." Anyway early morning fog causes black ice at this time of year. I wasn't expecting anything but bare dry roads and got a big supprise.

 

I managed to come out of it with 3 fractures in my neck, compressed disks in my back, a broken pelvis, broken ribs, a ruptured spleen, ruptured kidney, a concussion and the rest was just minor cuts, scrapes and bruises. (permanent dammage to my pride)

 

No worries I will have a new car soon enough. As soon as I can start building a new system I will. You can look forward to seeing me in the runnings for next year.

I`m planning to start with DD Audio 3500 series subs this time.The Audison AV-K6 components are so nice I have to go with them. I was so impressed with the JL Audio HD 600/4 I have already got another one for the next build. Now I just have to find the right car for all these components to go into. Was thinking about the Audi Q5.
