I am really looking at the Alpine CDA9835, Eclipse 8454 and Eclipse 5444.

alpine cda9835's a great deck, there are some pretty good deals on cda7998's right now if you can find one, more subtle than the 9835, imo and easier to use

Are you just replacing the HU or everything ?

eclipse is a rip off. good decks dont get me wrong, just over priced. get an alpine 9835, decent outputs, and way more features for the money. base your decision on how high end of a system you want. get an eclipse if you are going super high end all around, just be prepared to spend $1000 on an eclipse deck that matches the features of the 9835.
