this should be a quicky for some of you boys.
basically, i remove and reinstall my stereo alot and a while back i starting getting this noise so i took the stereo out but now that it is back in i want to get rid of the noise... here it is:
the noise is just a high pitch hum coming from the passenger component speaker.
when i rev the engine, even in neutral, it gets louder.
even i take the deck face of is still happens.
where should i start the troubleshooting?
thanks

Are you using the factory speaker wires? if so, avoid them, they may be picking up radiated noise from DC wires nearby. and usually too thin a guage for the power provided.
You may also want to have your charging circuit tested, especially if you hammer on your system a lot.

no all the wiring is new.
the crossover is on the door a few inches away from the power wire running under the carpet. but it was always set up like that and didnt start being ghey until i started fiddling with the amps.
