goto a local shop in your town pay the 40 bucks and get them to install the deck, no headaches or pain in the rear.

The harness you bought should match up to the aftermarket decks harness colour for colour. If it doesn't I am not sure what to say, because I put in about 700 head units a year and have yet to run into a harness that doesn't match up. If the colours do match up and you are still having problems, take it to a shop as you are doing something wrong, or the harness has a wire in the wrong spot and they will be able to spot that (hopefully).
