again prolifik, i didnt ask what you expect, i want to know what american bass expected, he started the thread that is why his opinion is what i asked for, not that i dont care about yours but the question was asked directly to him. i have already helped put on 4 shows this year and your expectations differ from what i expect from sponsors judgeing by what you say, that is why i didnt ask you the question i asked him, so feel free to try to answer the question i asked him again if you wish, but its not required, mmmmmkay

This post was not ment to start a battle it was posted so people can see where our side of the industry is going in the future. What I asked for from the companies is confedential so I cant say just put it this way it wouldn't put a dent in there lunch money. What I wanted from them was more to have them bring there product and demo vehicles and to support the competitors at the show and to answer questions from people regarding equipment, caraudio industry etc. The other fact I will state is that yes DK has had more spectators in the past but is it growing it can only get so big. The other fact is population Toronto is just a little bigger then Hamilton and surounding areas by what 2 million people give or take so what do you expect. This year at NOTB we expanded we have an OSCA event wich alone can bring in enough people on its own plus the expansion of the Caraudio part of the show. Last but not least we are a Truck and Car National wich means we will have the best of both worlds imports, domestic, european, lowriders, and trucks. Last year spectators was alright considering we had rain the whole week with only 3 hours of sun and still we had 700 campers and wee had 700-1000 registrations filled out so not a bad turn out. The venue is state of the art and has a race track and is 400 acres plus so what more do you need. Thanks to everyones suggestions and to the ones that dont get where Im comming from you try to organize a show this size then come talk to me. What I was trying to do was make the best show I could for competitors, spectators and companies and if I come off in a non professional way Im sorry.
Thanks Nick Cimino
