Does anyone know which kind of poly fill would be best for putting in a speaker box?

They have 2 kinds, the flat stuff and the more cotton-ball-ee style stuff.

I bought a premade MTX box that came with the flat stuff, but was wondering if the other kind would give the same effect.

If anyone has experience or knowledge about this please drop me a line.

Cheers!
