yeah i got upgraded sound in my truck its got seperate mids and tweets too but eventually id change them just not right away

amp em and if you blow em get new ones. id make sure to use a crossover to take the low bass out.

meh i just went and broke down and got Clarion APX640.4 amp and the Clarion PROAUDIO 6 1/2” WOOFER AND 3/4” TWEETER WITH CROSSOVER for the front and Clarion PROAUDIO 4” X 6” 2-WAY PLATE SPEAKER and tweet things for the back... only the back speakers got installed today the amp and front speakers are getting hookt up on the 29th due to work schedule... hopefully it sounds good

I've put an amp on factory speakers. It's unbeleiveable how good they sound sometimes.

I've got a PG amp going to the factory speakers in my Golf. I think the wattage is something like 85 x 4 RMS. It's made a world of difference in loudness and SQ.
