Anyway, there's a thread over at ca.com regarding shallow mount subs you might want to look over. They list a number of different units that might fit the bill:

Best,
Mark
Why is it interesting? Just curious

These subs work great, and on sale right now, they are not a new line though they have been around for a while. Work well though

Not sure if this is an open forum or forum where Smartass.biz can peddle their product whenever someone is looking for recommendations for a specific situation.

If its the latter, forgive me, and I'll move on..

Hey there Mark, well I tried to PM him but his box was full as I normally do it privately not to clutter the board up. However we are a sponsor and paid vendor. One of the things we can do is make and advertise sales.

Thanks

How do those shallow mounts compare to a normal sub that can handle roughly 300W RMS?

They will also handle 300wrms no problem. Shallows will actually perform just as well most of the time. The difference is you pay more for a shallow solution.

Hey, that's pretty cool. So, if I pay for some advertising and a forum on canadiancaraudio.com does that mean I can recommend my product in open sections of the forum too?

Admin, sign me up!

I hope you get the point here. Despite the fact that the OP's mailbox is full and the fact that you pay a few bucks for a forum etc. should not (or does it) bequeath the right to advertise your product(s) in a portion of the site that is normally considered neutral. By doing so, you are placing your credibility as a trustworthy and reliable reseller at risk.

That is all...

Well Mark, this from you I was not expecting. As I also promote you as a great vendor and sell good products. Even though you are not a paying vendor here. I will make sure I no longer do that. This was a post about someone wanting solutions for a product and you call me out. Nice. If you have a personal issue with me please PM me instead of hack jacking a thread over here.
