Two great subs
I say 15a AS well...
If it's anything like my e8a or BIG 8, it is well worth every penny !!!!
IMO,It must be ported no matter what ...
ps: I had a 10L7 (Silver cone) in a ported box, on a fosgate 1000bd...That pounded like crazy, but it was a "SLUTTY" pound. LoL
THE ELEMENTAL DESIGN SUBS ARE REFINED ! They hit the bass note perfectly.

I personall would take the 15a in every situation except in a larger ported enclosure and with above 1000wrms. I would say if you can listen to them both and decide based on which you like better.

Anyway, the point of the question is that I already have a 15A, in a small sealed enclosure. I've found a good deal on Titanium subs, and I'm trying to decide if there's anything to gain by switching up.
So I guess it's pretty well how I thought; lower-powered applications would go to the 15A, while the Eclipse would rule in a higher-powered setup. Guess I'll stick with the A for now, see what happens...
Well I also like the eD woofers, I have heard many of them and have also heard many of the eclipse Ti woofers. I think that both of them are great woofers but in the end it really depends on what type of music you listen to and really what you are trying to accomplish with your setup. For example I run a single Inhuman 18" with a Visonik 4000xd in 17 cubes tuned to 43 hz. That gives me better punch with high tuning and the sheer enclosure volume still allows the woofer to play excrusiatingly low. So it is all about what you are trying to accomplish. How much power are you going to have??? and how much space are you willing to give up for the woofer???

As for what I'm trying to accomplish; you know, I'm not even really sure about that one. I've already achieved outstanding SQ with my 15A, so there's really not much room for improvement there. I guess if I could keep the sound quality while adding a crapload of output, I would be a happy man. Then again, I could probably do that just by porting my 15A. In fact, the more I think about it, I'm a big fool for even thinking about switching subs. Why can't I just enjoy what I have now? My sub sounds like a dream and has plenty of output, even in the sealed box.
I guess what I'll do then is port my 15A and try to forget about the Titanium for a while...

You said "Yeah some people like quality sounding products not just BOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM."
Now, we are talking about two very meaty 15" subs with 1000w rms. At the level that these drivers will reach with that power, I can't imagine anything sounding "good". Yes it will be hella loud, but sound good? I don't think so.
