Used amp for girl friends Aveo, will it handle wut i need?

I picked up a used Hertz EP 4x 640 watt amp, for $200.00. For my girl friends Aveo yesterday. Hopefully it'll run the Hertz DBX 250 sub, & 2 HCX 165 2way coaxial 6"1/2 inch speakers.

Or Should I rethink my plans of attack for her Aveo?
She wants to run all Hertz in her car.

Seems like a decent plan to me. Bridging the rear channels for the sub would give you 320w rms from that amp, your sub is rated for less than half that (150w) but it should be fine if you're careful with the gains and whatnot. Same sort of setup i had in my own ride for months.. i now have a sub amp for my little 10" kicker comp but i'm still running double its rated power (300w @4ohm, 150w rated for) and it sounds great.

Oh and 100w @4ohm to your set of speakers is a perfect match!
