using external fuses on mono amps
You CAN split the wire and it MAY work... but it's just a bad idea.
The amp was made to have 2 separate inputs of 1/0... You're effectively only feeding it off of 1 run (front to back) so you'll be starving the amp for power.
Amps that are starved for power tend to pop.... so do yourself a favour, spend the extra $30-$60 and just do a second run
