someone also said to use JL AUDIO JX360/2 2-CHANNEL

Amplifier Class : A/B
Number of Channels : 2-Channels
RMS Power Output @ 4 Ohms : 110 Watts x 2-Channels
RMS Power Output @ 2 Ohms : 180 Watts x 2-Channels
Bridged Power : 360 Watts x 1-Channel
THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) : 1%

and my 6x9 says Recommended RMS Amplifier Power (per Ch.) 10 - 100 W

is that extra 10 going to hurt it ?

No it's not going to hurt, you just have to set your amp gain appropriately.
