What Amp to use With these 6X9
Hello, i am new to this site and i have a question, I have bought some Jl Audio TR690-TXi: 6 x 9-inch (150 x 230 mm) 3-Way Coaxial Speaker System,
and i heard people say they were alot better with an amp but never said what amp they used, so i am trying to learn how to decide what amp to use, How do you figure it out, Do i want a 2 channel, each 6x9 is one channel right ? Thanks for any help
Specs:
Continuous Power Handling (RMS) 60 W
Peak Music Power 225 W
Recommended RMS Amplifier Power (per Ch.) 10 - 100 W
System Efficiency 90.5 dB @ 1 W / 1 m
System Nominal Impedance 4 Ω
System Frequency Response 53 Hz - 22 KHz ± 3 dB

someone also said to use JL AUDIO JX360/2 2-CHANNEL
Amplifier Class : A/B
Number of Channels : 2-Channels
RMS Power Output @ 4 Ohms : 110 Watts x 2-Channels
RMS Power Output @ 2 Ohms : 180 Watts x 2-Channels
Bridged Power : 360 Watts x 1-Channel
THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) : 1%
and my 6x9 says Recommended RMS Amplifier Power (per Ch.) 10 - 100 W
is that extra 10 going to hurt it ?
