Reading this thread briefly:
Its probably the dust cap mentioned in previous posts- my Visonik did that alot, the dust cap came loose from now and then and i had to glue it back on... rubber cement works best as its always lil flexible so it wont crack.... but looks shitty cuz it solubles the paint on the dust cap/cone.... but first take a butter knife and try to wedge it in between the cone and the dust cap... if you can then that's the problem...
if you guys check the dust cap already then my bad for not reading carefully ....

If you like it, just buy a recone for it. I'm sure Lee (Radioactive) will hook you up. Or attempt to fix it.

Not exactly sure. Prob close to 250 anyways. Still cheaper than a new sub. Might be less if you get someone to order the cone for you and have it installed yourself. I don't know if they do that though. I think they have to be sent directly to a JL build house for repairs.
