i have 2 clarion pwx1051 subs in a ported box and 2 pro audio twelves, one 850 watt mono amp, and one 640 two channel, a one farrad cap, 4 gauge everything except on the 640 watt which has 8, i have 4 alpin type S 6.5s.

i was thinking about entering the van in this but do you think it would be worth it?

 

Not unless you have an amazing install. Which event are you considering competing in? I am not saying you don't have good equipment, or that you shouldn't do it, just don't expect to win anything. Installation makes all the difference, and from reading a couple of your other threads I think you would be out of your league. Everyone has to start somewhere though, and it would probably be a great experience either way.

well thanks for your input and yeah im not even close to done with my system yet, im getting a pair of pwx1251 subs when i can afford it and im going to amp my speakers, put a better battery in, a new altenator, and i did the install myself idk how good it is, all the wiring is clean and its under the carpet,the subs are just in two boxes stacked ontop eachother so yeah what do you think my system would be best in?
