Regular bunch of comedians in here
Claudio - he's only been with our company for a few months and had no idea I worked at FS. I guess the Sat Radio was a promotion that came along with his Jetta - free unit and service but no install. He paid $75 for the 'service'.

The unit was installed by a car audio installer. I am refraining from calling them a 'professional'.
We only use one chargeout rate for sat installs and it includes hardwired power and roof/truk/cowl antenna mounting. ie. a proper installation. I mean really, how ****ing hard is it??
