XM won't Work?

Get this, I took the tuner out of the board at experts, put it in place of mine, all channels work. Put mine back in and just previews work.
I would try and put my tuner in the board to activate it but I took the last antenna. There won't be any more for a few days. I thought the tuner might be fubar but another new one did the same thing. The guys at XM can't even figure this one out. They are supposed to get a actual tech to call me in a few days.

BTW, the reception is great here. You get a little drop out driving in Avenues with tall buildings. But I haven't had any problems on the open road with my antenna on the back deck.

It happened to my 9815 too! I was playing with the AI-Net switch at the bottom of my HU and suddenly I can't rcv any channels.

Set your AI-Net switch to normal under your 9813 HU.

I've got a very good reception here in Vancouver.

i'm assuming u got the XM tuner of Alpine and using the AI-net cable....if so...set the switch to normal.
