I have a great Idea!! Look inside to find out more....
Chris i have a question for you. Can u teach me how to fix and pour cement into the car? I heard u have great experiance with that.
Too bad Father Yuli got banned from this forum, he's normally helping all the spl guys all the time.
and it is true, your system is only as strong as your weakest link. I had come to find out many times that the weakest link is.........the person burping the vehicle.

well as far as concrete goes I guess you can sya that I do have some experience. Fixing it after the pour I cant help you with. If you are thinking about going the concrete route dont make the mistakes we did. Here are a few hints we found out the hard way:
1. Do your suspension before you even start pouring, it is so much harder to raise the sacked out back end with 52 bags of cement in it!!
2. Use rebar to strengthen the sides , and roof, and have about 3-4 inches of the bar sticking out of the top of the side walls so you can mate the roof to the sides better. I cant stress how much it is important to use rebar. We did not have any when we were doing the sides and we had to use golf clubs. The finish on them would not allow the cement to bond to it properly and our top slab ended up lifting during burps.
Now cement is really effeicent like Rip Rock said, we did a 158.6 in the multi with 2 Treo CSX 18" and only 1 Visonik V4000XD at 1.5 ohm on each woofer!!! Those amps dont make power till they are loaded down!! But the down fall to cement is it is really hard to make any changes to your enclosure.
If you want more info and I can send some pics also just shoot me an email at

I am not here to argue with you. But one of those threads he gives no advice, just to PM him. I know that he does give some good information, just that he does post alot of negativity, half his 4500 posts are not worth reading. Like I said, it's temporary, and if he can refrain form calling moderators names he will be allowed to stay.
Anyways back to the topic. What are some secrets? And you do know that unless we come up with some code, anyone who speaks english can see them, even Americans!

jeez..you sound like brothers or a married couple...
now back on topic...
I can share a great deal of information... but its usually in the form of drawing or showing on the computer..thats why when I get going with my tweek and tune sessions here it will be much more valuble than having a posting on here... on here I can explain theory and any electronics help that may be in question... but the box design and practical is better shown in person rather than written

See.. the funny part is that I even went as far as to ask Wade for our own private section where we could share SPL secrets.
I was pretty much shot down being told that people would never share idea's.
