New start for the Windstar...
it doesnt get louder cuz all the air is getting trapped behind the box and the rear hatch, it gets to a point where it almost wants to go back into the port.
the box has to be much, much more narrow for better spl number.

Knocked the internal down to 8.13 cubes. There is 2.5 gallons of resin in/on this box, lol. Subs seem to be under better control. A little tighter too, and definitely still plenty low. 
I was just out with Derek & Dylan. Went to check out our show location and do a little testing seeing as I finally got my clamp.
Results starting @ 2.3ohms engine running.

145.23 13.1V 1112rms @ 11.6ohms 41hz
144.61 13.2V 1756rms @ 6.77ohms 35hz
144.04 13.1V 2242rms @ 4.92 ohms 32hz

Looks like I might be able to get away with starting @ .5 ohms @ 41hz.
This is only my daily box. I'm pretty happy with it. I plan to tweak it a little, but for now, it's good.
My SPL box design will begin soon so I can play with lots of testing & get to making some real numbers. Not going to care what it sounds like, just going for SPL.
I got in on my works weekly group lotto and 49 of us share $6670, so I plan to use that money to build my SPL box... basically building it for $5, lol.

So, here is the SPL design....
Almost exactly the same as my daily box, except no noodle inside box, and the angles will be cut off to form this shape. It will be 6 cubes and tuned to around 42hz to start.
Build starts next weekend.
