I don't know what CDs your using or what program your using to make them, but when I am creating my CDs (not downloading and burning, I actually remaster and create), When I rip off of a CD I make sure I am only using WAV, and when I convert to MP3, Use 265 or 320kbps.

Just wanted to mention that I ordered both SQ and SPL cd's from Westec and the price was pretty decent. Also, in three business days they were sitting in my mailbox.
