wow mtx just doesnt give up. first they make a sub that looks just like a DD and has the same name 9500, now they made a sub that looks like the new RE and JL W7 put together.
beisdes wtf u gonna do with a sub that big? thats like 2 feet of mounting depth? that wont even fit into an suv, nevermind a smaller trunk vehicle.

As for the big sub 9922, yes it is way too big, but that is probably half the point of it!

Derrik i wasnt even talking about the basket, i was reffering to the new skinny and tall surround of the mtx 9500. many sub companies use a number system for models but i bet u wont see a rockfordd fosgate 9500 or a jl audio w95
and the size of the sub makes it just as worthless as that big orange memphis sub
MTX gives me reasons to start judgin their stuff on the looks rather than performance, especially the subs. They have had one too many attempts at 'something crazy', for example the RFL sub, then the 9500 sub and now this ever useless 3 foot hammer sub.....like cmon man, not even audiobahn is that despirate to reistablish itself using its product as marketing gimicks.

YOu know, I just marvel at how wise you guys are. Half the time I just read what you guys have to say, and pick up on pretty much everything. I have a question, Im actually pretty annoyed right now, I just came back from the Police Auction in Calgary. There was a Zapco AG350, and a DynAudio crossover and tweeter package, that went for $120.00 My top bid was $110, so I didn't get it. (All I had was $110, in the bank.) How much would that 350 be worth anyway, both new and used? I have no idea what those DynAudio components were worth, but they sure were nice.
