Amp question
Would these amps be to much for these speakers?

That seems like really good matches of amps to speaker. Like Zzzzzz was eluding too, you might want to be careful putting 250W of 'extra' power to those subs. It shouldn't be too much of a concern, just make sure you set your gains right to avoid distortion, and use the subsonic filter on the mono amp.
My only suggestion would be to steer away from the 3-way 6x9's. Most of your good highs will be coming off the front tweeters. You could run your stock rear speakers off the head-unit's power, then get the Alpine 2 channel amp to power your new front Polk speakers. It'll save you some coin, and the end result might be more appealing. I don't trust 3-ways, they might end up 'screaming' at you. They also reduce the 6x9's bass production. Something to consider. See if you can find a quality 6x9 that has no tweeters on it, if you're set on replacing your rears.
