Question Annoying Subwoofer

I just got a new 10 inch Orion H2 for my truck. Right now i am running it on 1300 watts in a sealed box. But when i turn the volume up past maby 10/60 (no it is not clipping) a slight rattle can be heard from the middle of the woofer. The higher the volume the louder the rattle gets. But I can't here it up front. I can only here it if i go to the back and open the hatch. Does anyone have any idea of what this rattling noise is? My friends were checking out my sub and they questioned the noise too. (is it possible that having the wrong sealed box size could have anything to do with it? Cuz i went with .75 cube inches instead of .66 cubic inches)

So far everyone of my friends has got their fingers slammed by the sub because it seems like the plastic in the middle is jingling or something and it seems like you can press on it and the noise will stop, but ya it never works. (you know what i mean?)

could be tinsel lead snap . or maybe a wire inside the box hitting the back of the cone.

if the woofer uses convention tinsel leads, that very well could be your problem. Also make sure the dustcap, if it has a conventional one, is properly glued all around, I've too many that vibrate at higher volumes.
