I honedtly think that a capacitor is useless, I had a audiobahn dual cap and it did nothing for me but when I did the big 3 everything worked better my headlights were brighter in general and I never had light flash

adding a second batt. is as bad /worse than a capp. more continuous load trying to keep everything topped up......but a cap IS a bandaid solution....more often than not a neg. return....personally, i run 2 , t3 1000d's and a t3 4075, and a pg m100. and a 20 farad cap works better than a second spiral cell batt so....depends on each setup!!!!i have 4 runs for each pos/neg double zero in my jeep cherokee(welding cable)and the 20 farad cap actually worked better than my second batt.again...(upgraded 225amp alt.) depends what works best....my dash jumps like 3"

I wish i had a dime for everytime I have to explain why a cap will not stop your lights from dimming, and it will not save your battery/alternator

I wish I had that same dime every time I had to explain what purpose a cap really serves. Hint: It has sweet fsck all to do with lights dimming
